Aluminium Composite Pannel (ACP)

ACP sheets are the ones in whish a layer of LDPF [Low density poly ethane] is sandwiched between w aluminum sheets. Between the aluminium sheets and the LDPE is an adhesive film, this adhesive film strengthens the bond and strongly holds the sheets.

About the aluminum coating:
Rolls of aluminium sheets are installed on the machine then the sheets are sent for accumulation where the sheets are raised to a great height and stretched in order to eliminat all the wrinkles, if any. Then degreasing is performed on these sheets to remove layers of oil or dirt or any other substance.

This process is casually called washing. Then the sheets are passed through huge tanks of dryer machine so that the sheets are completely dry coating can be performed on it.

Coating is done in 3 stage:
Primer coat bottom layer
PVDF coat middle layer
Desired colour/print coat top layer

Then the sheets are passed through a heater tank at a certain high temperature so that the colour/print becoms permanent.
Roll of aluminium sheets are ready for ACP preparation.
